FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed in the following ways:
- Order by email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our email address is available on the shop’s website.
- Order by phone Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Phone numbers are available on the shop's website.

2. Are the prices quoted on the shop’s website given as gross prices?
     Yes, prices quoted on our shop’s website are gross prices.
     (Prices are VAT inclusive.)

3.  What is the deadline for completion of an order?
    The deadline for completion of an order is between 2 and 3 weeks. The deadline for completion of an order will be counted from the moment payment from the client is registered in the shop’s bank account.

4.  What is the period of warranty for purchased equipment?
     The purchased equipment in our shop is covered by warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The client has a right to extend the warranty period.

5.  How long is the post-warranty period?
 At the client’s request, the warranty may be extended for a further 12 months provided that the equipment is checked by a service engineer from CBS Refrigeration Ltd. The post-warranty period is subject to a fee.

6. After reporting a defect, how long do I need to wait for a service engineer?
From the moment of reporting a defect, a service engineer from CBS Refrigeration Ltd. will be sent to the client within 24 hours. Our service department looks after the proper operation of purchased equipment. Regularly trained service engineers will provide the client with professional assistance at different stages starting from equipment assembly, warranty service and the removal of defects.  

7. Will I be provided with a manual for purchased equipment?
Yes, the client will receive an invoice along with a manual for equipment purchased from CBS Refrigeration Ltd.'s internet shop.

8. Does product price also include equipment delivery and assembly at the client’s premises?
  Yes, the equipment delivery and assembly at the client’s premises is included in the price. CBS Refrigeration Ltd. provides our clients with equipment delivery and assembly without charging additional fees.

9. I need a project related to equipment layout in a room. Are you able to prepare such a project?
Yes, at the client’s request, CBS Refrigeration Ltd. provides both the project and professional advice in the scope of optimised equipment and technology choice. The results of our work are presented to clients with the use of computer software which allows us to show single details as well as the facility's overall equipment prior to its implementation. Owing to our visualisation, the client may see and assess their investment, we also endeavour to be partners in implementing the client’s ideas and achieving their goals.

10. Does CBS Refrigeration Ltd. deal with selling used equipment?
       No, we do not deal with this type of activity. All the equipment placed on our CBS Refrigeration Ltd. internet website has been newly manufactured.
