The following factors such as pollution, ageing, and non-implementation of timely maintenance servicing triggers the deterioration of effective functioning and this may result in damaged equipment. We offer assistance in the prevention of possible defects through regular maintenance and the servicing of equipment purchased from us. Our vast and continuously improving technical resources in the area of cooling and kitchen equipment operation have been accrued through numerous years of sector-wide experience. We are proud to provide our clients with a warranty service in addition to a post-service warranty.  
The purchased equipment in our shop is covered by warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The client has a right to extend the warranty period.

From the moment of reporting a defect, a service engineer from CBS Refrigeration Ltd. will be sent to the client within 24 hours. Our service department looks after the proper operation of purchased equipment. Regularly trained service engineers will provide the client with professional assistance at different stages starting from equipment assembly, warranty service and the removal of defects.  

At the client’s request, the warranty may be extended for a further 12 months provided that the equipment is checked by a service engineer from CBS Refrigeration Ltd. The post-warranty period is subject to a fee.
